About You
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, or project management in commercial construction.
- Strong skills in reading plans, specifications, and project documents.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and estimating tools (On-Screen Takeoff preferred).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
