About the Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting necessary repairs, and ensuring effective communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and achieving the repair facility's KPIs.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in compliance for DRP's.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
- Awareness of where to look for answers.
