As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless repair process for both customers and insurance partners. Your responsibilities will include examining vehicle damage, estimating labor and materials, preparing detailed repair cost estimates, and negotiating with insurance companies. You will also communicate with customers about repair timelines and costs, collaborate with technicians, and maintain detailed repair records.
About You
Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in the collision repair or automotive industry.
- Solid knowledge of repair processes, materials, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of vehicle structure and component replacement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
