About the Role
As the Etch & Plasma Area Equipment Engineering Manager, you will lead a team responsible for multiple equipment modules, promote a servant leadership culture, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also manage vendor relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical discipline preferred.
- 10+ years of semiconductor equipment experience including 3+ years in leadership of engineers and/or technicians.
Preferred:
- Proven success managing multiple tool types or modules within a wafer fabrication or advanced manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a demonstrated servant leadership mindset.
