About the Role
As an Ethics and Compliance Officer, you will serve as a central point of contact for compliance and privacy matters, oversee HIPAA compliance, conduct investigations, develop corrective actions, draft policy recommendations, and design training initiatives. You will work within a framework of applicable laws and regulations to maintain the integrity and accountability of the agency.
About You
Required:
- One year as an Administrative Officer 2 or equivalent experience.
- Four years of progressively responsible office management experience, including personnel management, budgeting, or procurement.
Preferred:
- Certifications in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC).
- Experience in healthcare management or compliance work.
- Experience with healthcare regulations and HIPAA/Privacy.
- Experience conducting investigations and data collection.
- Willingness to travel with overnight stays.
