About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in Database Analysis or Programming, or
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in Database Analysis or Programming, or
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in Database Analysis or Programming.
- Experience working at multiple phases of database management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automation, scripting, and DevOps practices.
- Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps, Python, and PowerShell.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or other enterprise-grade LLM platforms.
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
- Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Azure DevOps.
