About the Role
As an Evening Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, supervising evening shift staff, maintaining compliance with facility policies, responding to emergencies, and communicating effectively with families and the interdisciplinary team. You will also participate in quality improvement efforts and serve as a resource for staff during your shift.
About You
Required:
- Active and current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program.
- One to three years of experience in SNF.
Preferred:
- Management/supervisory experience.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
