About the Role
As an Evening Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the daily functions of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, participating in quality assurance programs, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also be involved in admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, as well as preparing and administering medications as ordered by physicians.
About You
Required:
- Current nursing license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in long-term care facilities.
