About the Role

As an Event Marketing Strategist, you will manage the planning and execution of multiple in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, create event agendas, coordinate logistics, oversee third-party vendors, manage budgets, and conduct post-event analysis. You will work closely with the Creative Services Team and utilize event management tools to track events and manage registrations.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in marketing and events management, preferably in financial services.
Strong event management skills with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and execute projects in a timely manner.
Strong negotiation, project, and time management skills.
Budget oversight skills including creation, management, analysis, and reconciliation.
Proficient in event management platforms.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

Experience in managing event vendors and partners, service providers, and venues.
Passion for event delivery and creating engaging experiences; interest in keeping up with industry trends.
