Allspring Global Investments is seeking an Event Marketing Strategist to join their Strategic Events & Sponsorships Team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves managing and executing various events, industry conferences, and brand activations to support business growth.

About the Role

As an Event Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for planning and executing multiple in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Your tasks will include creating event agendas, coordinating logistics, managing third-party vendors, overseeing programming and production, and conducting post-event analysis. You will also work closely with the Creative Services Team on event collateral and utilize event management tools for tracking and registration.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in marketing and events management, preferably in financial services.
Strong event management skills with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and execute projects in a timely manner.
Strong negotiation, project, and time management skills.
Budget oversight skills including creation, management, analysis, and reconciliation.
Proficient in event management platforms.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

Experience in managing event vendors and partners, service providers, and venues.
Passion for event delivery and creating engaging experiences.
Interest in keeping up with industry trends.

Benefits

Base Pay Range: $115k - $125k.
Participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
