About the Role
As an Events and Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Chairman's complex calendar, coordinating international travel, planning and executing high-profile departmental events, and providing executive support. You will also handle financial reporting, manage discretionary accounts, and ensure smooth daily operations within the Chairman's office.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma and six years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and assign work to others.
Preferred:
- 4-year college degree.
- Proven success in following through and completing projects.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
