Summary
EverCommerce is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of their Enterprise Reporting function, focusing on high-level reporting that supports strategic decision-making across the company.
About the Role
As a Data Product Manager, you will define the roadmap for enterprise reporting, ensuring timely delivery of accurate data and acting as the subject matter expert on core KPIs. You will collaborate with various teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment across reporting processes, while also managing stakeholder expectations and driving continuous improvement in reporting tools and processes.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a multi-brand or enterprise environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional data initiatives with executive visibility.
- Deep understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reporting.
- Strong project management skills, with experience developing roadmaps and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data topics into clear business language for senior audiences.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Experience in the Payments domain, including familiarity with tools, compliance requirements, and standards.
