- Fifteen (15) years or more of hospital and/or health system physician-executive experience.
- Proven track record of advancing quality, safety, and innovation in complex healthcare environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to unify diverse clinical teams.
- Experience in developing high-performance cultures focused on quality and patient experience.
- Knowledge of key regulatory issues impacting healthcare delivery.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
