As an EVS Manager in Training, you will learn to coordinate and support all activities of the housekeeping and laundry department, ensuring the facility is clean, sanitary, safe, and adequately supplied. You will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining records, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting resident satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Four year college degree and equal related experience strongly desired; high school diploma/GED required.
- Two years experience in housekeeping services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, and quality attitude.
Preferred:
- Skilled in motivating and supervising staff members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including Microsoft Office.
