About the Role
As an EVS Supervisor, you will supervise the Environmental Services department, manage waste programs, conduct quality improvement initiatives, maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, oversee inventory and supply orders, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards. You will also coach team members and respond to emergency staffing needs.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of EVS experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- T-CHEST or CHEST Certification required through AHE.
- Valid North Carolina driver's license.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- CSCT or CNACC certification through the Association for the Health Care Environment.
