About the Role
As an EVS Supervisor, you will plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the housekeeping and laundry department. Your responsibilities will include hiring and training staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also conduct quality assurance inspections and promote resident satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Four year college degree and equal related experience strongly desired; high school diploma/GED required.
- Two years experience in housekeeping services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and quality attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
Preferred:
- Skilled in motivating and supervising staff members.
- Public speaking skills.
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including Microsoft Office.
