About the Role
As an EVS Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all activities of the housekeeping and laundry department. Your daily tasks will include interviewing and training staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also conduct quality assurance inspections and promote resident satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Four year college degree and equal related experience strongly desired; high school diploma/GED required.
- Two years experience in housekeeping services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and quality attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Skilled in motivating and supervising staff members.
- Public speaking skills.
- Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational skills.
