Summary
StepStone Group is seeking an Executive & Personal Assistant to support the CEO in Charlotte, NC. This role requires exceptional executive presence and the ability to manage complex professional and personal priorities.
About the Role
As an Executive & Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics. You will operate at a high Executive Assistant level with elements of chief of staff responsibilities, prepare and edit correspondence and reports, and serve as a gatekeeper for both professional and personal matters. The role also involves coordinating logistics for board meetings and events, managing expense reports, and supporting special projects as directed by the CEO.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably in financial services, legal, management consulting or private wealth management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a client-facing or investor relations environment.
- Familiarity with compliance and marketing workflows in financial services.
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend support.
- Experience supporting executives in both corporate and personal capacities.
