Summary
Wafra is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CIO Office and the Alternative Investments Department in New York, NY.
About the Role
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will manage the CIO's calendar, coordinate travel, prepare for meetings, and support various administrative tasks. Your role will involve ensuring effective communication between the CIO and internal/external parties, managing multiple requests, and maintaining relationships while contributing to the team's synergy.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong calendar management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take proactive measures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing confidential information.
- Flexibility with time, able to arrive early or stay late as needed.
