General Motors is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support multiple Senior Leaders and Executives within their Software and Services organization in Sunnyvale, CA. This hybrid role requires providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

About the Role

The Executive Administrative Assistant will manage complex calendars and travel arrangements, schedule meetings, handle expenses, assist with project management by tracking progress and meeting deadlines, prepare and format documents and presentations, serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, organize team meetings and events, identify and implement process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist in event planning and execution.

About You

Required:

3-5+ years experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting Senior level Executives/Leaders
High level of integrity and discretion handling confidential matters
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proactive anticipation of leader and business needs
Ability to work independently in an ever-changing environment
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility and strong learning agility

Preferred:

Associate or bachelor's degree
Professional training and/or certification(s) in administrative skills/support
Previous experience supporting within tech or software work environments
