About the Role
As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will manage daily administrative services for senior leaders, apply specialized knowledge to make independent decisions, resolve administrative issues, build relationships with stakeholders, protect confidential information, and coordinate complex schedules and travel arrangements. You will also compile and analyze reports to support business objectives.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
- 8-10 years of experience, with no less than 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership level executives in a large organization.
- Project coordination experience.
