Summary
Wedbush Securities is seeking an Executive and Personal Assistant to join their team in Manhattan Beach, CA. The role involves providing high-level administrative and personal support to a C-suite executive.
About the Role
As an Executive and Personal Assistant, you will manage dynamic and confidential schedules, draft and respond to communications, oversee day-to-day operations of the executive suite, and coordinate corporate and social events. You will also facilitate the routing of sensitive documents and represent the executive office on internal committees.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- 3-5 years of experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Financial Services, particularly broker/dealer.
- Ability to provide flexible hybrid work hours and/or work remotely.
- Local to Manhattan Beach or South Bay, within a short, reliable commute.
