FACT Professional Inc is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves supporting the Company President and Managing Partner with various administrative tasks.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will manage the executives' day-to-day calendars, organize meetings, handle communication, prepare documents, maintain corporate records, assist with client onboarding, perform minor accounting tasks, coordinate travel, and support executives with personal tasks as needed.
About You
Required:
2 to 3 years of executive assistant experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with executives, staff, and clients.
Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in all tasks.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with proper discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Experience in a CPA or accounting firm environment.
Skilled in the use of standard office equipment such as copiers, phone systems, and projectors.
