About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating sales-related activities, providing logistical support for events, managing travel and expense reports, and composing correspondence on behalf of sales leadership. You will also assist in preparing budget spreadsheets and managing multiple calendars while ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Five or more years’ experience in a high-level coordinator or event planning role.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting commercial and sales functions.
- Medical device company experience.
- Advanced interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
