As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for project execution, automation, and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining workflow automations, conducting research and data gathering, mastering Google Sheets for tracking metrics, managing content calendars, organizing internal systems and documentation, and providing light support for inbox and calendar management.
About You
Required:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a systems thinking approach.
- Proficient in using tools like Zapier, Notion, and Google Workspace.
Preferred:
- Experience in marketing operations, content operations, or CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Familiarity with startup environments and growth strategies.
