About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will coordinate complex domestic and international travel, manage executive schedules, serve as a liaison for external partners, and ensure clear communication. You will also perform administrative duties involving Microsoft Office, provide project management support, and assist the executive team on strategic initiatives. The position requires adaptability to a variable workload and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
About You
Required:
- 3 - 5 years of senior-level administrative support experience.
- Ability to travel if needed.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working in the Aerospace industry.
- Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Experience using JIRA, CRM software, and/or other project management systems.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
