Summary
Downtown Women's Center is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team through effective leadership, sound judgment, and impeccable organization.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will manage the CEO's calendar, draft correspondence, coordinate Board meetings, oversee onboarding of new Board Members, and provide administrative support for organizational events. You will also monitor organizational priorities, coordinate travel, and represent the CEO with professionalism.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience working with senior leaders, ideally in a non-profit organization.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in fields such as communications, public policy, community relations, and/or fundraising.
- Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English.
