BioSpace is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Chief Strategy and Business Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and SVP of Technical Operations & Supply Chain in South San Francisco, CA. The role requires a proactive and organized individual to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to three senior executives, manage day-to-day operations, coordinate travel, and facilitate communication across departments. You will also assist in organizing documents, tracking contracts, and planning team events, all while fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
About You
Required:
6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or administrative professional, ideally supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
Experience in biotech, pharma, or a startup setting.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
