As an Executive Assistant to C-Suite, you will manage complex travel arrangements, optimize executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and drive special projects. You will act as a strategic gatekeeper, ensuring high-quality meeting management and supporting executive communications. The role requires adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years supporting executives in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting C-Suite leaders with high volume calendars and shifting priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Experience in high-performance cultures such as trading or finance.
- Experience supporting travel that includes VIP/security-sensitive coordination.
- Familiarity with building lightweight systems and operational excellence.
