About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and providing personal assistant support as needed. You will also handle phone calls, liaise with clients and executives, and maintain organizational systems for documents and contacts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic record.
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting, preferably in financial services.
- Experience preparing expense reports and making travel arrangements.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience in a high-end or boutique financial services environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
