The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, process expense reports, facilitate internal communications, maintain attention to detail, collaborate with colleagues across time zones, organize events, and provide dedicated support to leaders. This role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs in a hybrid work environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred:
- 2 or more years of relevant administrative or executive support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, SharePoint and AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proven professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong 'can-do' attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize work with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
