About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the glue that keeps the Senior Leadership team organized and efficient. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and materials, handling travel arrangements, managing expenses, and providing onboarding support for new hires and vendors. You will also assist with project work to support team goals and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of administrative assistant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
Preferred:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other tools like Zoom and Concur.
- Proactive work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
