CoinTracker is seeking an Executive Business Partner for Product, Design, and Customer Experience to join their team in the United States & Canada. The role involves providing strategic administrative support to enhance productivity and drive operational projects.
About the Role
As an Executive Business Partner, you will manage scheduling, email, travel, and communications for Product & Design and Customer Experience leads. Your responsibilities include providing top-tier calendar management, understanding leaders' OKRs, anticipating their needs, and executing operational projects and events. You will also partner with the EBP team to plan company-wide retreats and projects.
About You
Required:
- 8-10 years of experience providing strategic administrative support.
- Advanced skill level with calendar, travel, and email management.
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional and external facing medium to large scale projects/events.
Preferred:
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Experience working effectively in a remote setting and available for in-person events.
