About You
Required:
- Experience leading a 'Full Scratch Kitchen' as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef.
- Ability to craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus.
- Strong management skills for food, labor, and product costs.
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
- Passion for service and creating exceptional food experiences.
