CRA | Admired Leadership is seeking an Executive Coach to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves conducting coaching sessions, partnering with stakeholders, and creating thought leadership content.
About the Role
As an Executive Coach, you will conduct behaviorally-based coaching sessions with leaders, partner with stakeholders to assess needs and establish goals, facilitate group coaching dialogues, present during leadership meetings, and stay informed about leadership development techniques. You will also be responsible for generating leads and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as creating thought leadership content to enhance the visibility of CRA and Admired Leadership.
About You
Required:
- Understanding of complex corporate and organizational context.
- Master-level facilitative skills.
- Ability to navigate delicate situations with little need for context.
- Credible in front of senior executives and leaders across industries.
Preferred:
- A discerning eye for quality content and advice.
- Sharp evaluative eye.
- Genuine relationship skills.
- High integrity, collegial and adaptive orientation.
