About the Role
As an Executive Commercial Lines Underwriter, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating new submissions and renewal accounts, preparing materials for agency reviews, and managing a high-volume agency assignment. You will utilize your expertise in General Liability, Worker's Compensation, Property, and Commercial Auto insurance to assess risks and determine appropriate coverage while fostering strong relationships with agents and internal partners.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines Middle Market Underwriting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of General Liability, Worker's Compensation, Property, and Commercial Auto lines of business.
- Proven track record of successful underwriting and portfolio management in the middle market segment.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
