SAIC is seeking an Executive Communications Team Member to join their team at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The role involves providing support for executive communications, including mobile communications equipment and networks for VIPs.
About the Role
As an Executive Communications Team Member, you will support the O&M, network engineering, and customer support for mobile communications equipment and networks. Your responsibilities will include testing and ensuring operational readiness of communications equipment, providing front-line support to executive customers, and performing installation and maintenance of various IT systems. You will also document and upgrade hardware and software systems while managing workflow in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS with ten (10) or more years of experience in executive communications support.
- DoD Secret clearance.
- At least one IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CECCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP).
- At least one Computing Environment certification in Network support/defense or Operating System.
- Experience in researching and writing technical documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Preferred:
- MA/MS degree.
- DoD TS/SCI clearance.
- ITIL Foundations (v4 or higher) certification.
