About the Role
As the Executive Director, you will oversee site operations, including maintenance, programming, budgeting, and fundraising. Your responsibilities will include managing financial sustainability, expanding public programming, and enhancing collections management.
About You
Required:
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including 5 years in an executive role.
- Experience in a leading nonprofit or for-profit cultural institution.
Preferred:
- Experience in public history, cultural heritage, or museum fields.
- Demonstrated success in engaging historically underrepresented communities.
