About the Role
As the Executive Director of the Stevens Initiative, you will be responsible for building relationships with international partners, collaborating with Aspen's international programs, fostering innovation in global youth engagement, and managing existing State Department programs. You will also lead the Stevens Initiative team and identify collaborative opportunities with other programs within the Center for Rising Generations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 15+ years’ experience as a recognized leader in the field.
- Proven ability to craft, communicate, and execute on a vision.
- Experience building strategic partnerships with governments and organizations.
- Strong diplomatic and negotiation skills in an international context.
Preferred:
- A start-up mentality with the ability to create new opportunities quickly.
- Experience leading global teams and managing diverse staff.
- A track record of success in fundraising.
- Innovative approach to fostering student connections.
