About the Role
As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for all community operations, including managing budgets, staffing, and daily operations. You will supervise department directors, maintain resident satisfaction, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Additionally, you will lead community sales and operations strategies and foster strong relationships with staff, residents, and external stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services, or equivalent experience in a supervisory role.
- At least 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a senior living operation.
Preferred:
- Licensed Administrator in good standing as per state requirements.
- Experience in hospitality management.
