You will oversee staff performance, conduct evaluations, manage budgets, and engage with community partners. Additionally, you will execute key agency initiatives and ensure compliance with policies while fostering a professional work environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, nonprofit management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit, health-related organization or sales experience.
- Proven track record of successful fundraising and financial management.
- Strong understanding of health disparities and issues affecting Black men.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and build strong partnerships.
- Passion for health equity and community empowerment.
