About the Role
As the Executive Director Community Advocacy and Health, you will be responsible for aligning community advocacy strategies with system goals and local health needs. Your duties will include collaborating with internal teams and external partners, overseeing community benefit reporting, managing budgets for community initiatives, and ensuring compliance with IRS standards for Community Benefit. You will also lead efforts to address social determinants of health and engage with community leaders to enhance health resources.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in public health or a related field.
- 10+ years of related work experience in public policy, community health, community benefit, or healthcare setting.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
