About You
- 8+ years of leadership experience in distribution, warehouse, retail, or manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading exempt-level direct reports.
- 2+ years of experience with 5S and 4+ years implementing LEAN principles.
- Proven ability to drive culture and results, with experience managing a site with 300+ non-exempt employees.
- Prior experience working and collaborating with unions.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Required to work On-site
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Background in Industrial Engineering.
