About You
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance Transformation, with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs, including M&A integrations and finance modernization.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, reporting, and controls in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
- Previous experience leading a team.
- Previously consulting experience preferred.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Top-tier consulting strongly preferred; proven multi-year enterprise delivery.
