About the Role
As the Head of Global Site Management, you will be responsible for leading all site-facing clinical trial activities across the global development portfolio. Your key responsibilities include building and leading global site management, developing site strategies for optimization, establishing monitoring models, and maintaining strategic relationships with investigative sites. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in audits, while driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the Clinical Operations team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in site management or clinical operations leadership.
- Deep expertise in global study start-up and enrollment optimization.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, Masters) with 10+ years of experience.
- Experience in developing and executing site strategies.
