About the Role
As the Executive Director, Marketing, you will develop and execute marketing business strategies, oversee product portfolio management, ensure successful new product launches, and serve as the primary liaison between OMRON U.S. and headquarters in Japan. You will also manage department expenses, support and challenge employees, and participate in industry events.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of business experience in marketing and Product Management.
- Strong skills in developing and managing marketing promotions and overall marketing/branding plans.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and new product launches.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- Experience marketing consumer products sold in retail channels.
- Experience in digital marketing and online channels.
- Preferred experience with health or wellness products.
- Preferred experience with managing connected products.
