- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
- License in good standing (if required by the State Licensing Authority) or willingness to secure licensure within six months of employment.
- Experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets.
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Experience in senior living or healthcare management.
- Proficiency in social media and online programs.
- Ability to lead a high-functioning, empowered team.
