About the Role
As the Executive Director of Data & Production Technology, you will lead the development and implementation of a modern data and production technology architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy. You will oversee the migration and integration of client project and packaging data into a scalable data warehouse, champion process automation, and ensure seamless integration of functions and systems. Additionally, you will develop enterprise-grade BI dashboards, drive innovation through technology strategy, and cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, production technology, business intelligence, or enterprise technology leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in digital production workflows, automation, and industry-specific technologies.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including both cloud-based and on-premises environments.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and practical experience applying them to business intelligence.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and integrating complex systems.
- Experience with BI tools, cloud platforms, middleware, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with connected packaging and 3D technologies.
- Ability to translate technical vision into business impact.
