Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, staff management, and direct fundraising efforts to support student aid and diversity initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Excellent knowledge of fundraising, donor relations, and campaign strategies, with a proven track record in major gift fundraising.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to meet fundraising goals and objectives.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of management principles and best practices in a complex environment.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve common goals.
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in large, complex institutions.
- Familiarity with student affairs on a college campus.
