About the Role

As the Executive Director of Women Services, you will be responsible for directing and evaluating the work activities of various employees, developing and implementing policies and procedures, preparing departmental budgets, and collaborating with physicians. You will also be tasked with improving employee morale, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and enhancing public relations through community engagement.

About You

Required:

MS in Nursing, MBA, or MHA from an accredited college or university.
5 plus years of progressive nursing leadership responsibility.
Current RN licensure from the State of Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.

Preferred:

3 plus years of experience in a teaching hospital.
RN with a minimum of five years maternal child experience.
Three years Maternal/child Leadership Experience preferred.
